Recent piece that was created for a promotional giveaway... I was honored to draw the winner's son's GMC Caballero. Yep, the winner elected to gift the illustration to his boy. That's pretty slick.
As he didn't want any mods created (just more of a portrait), I spent my creative energy in the details.
Adobe Illustrator using pen tool with the mouse... All starting with a pencil sketch to establish an angle I had thought might bring some drama to the piece. Around 1700 paths comprised of nearly 16,000 points. My index finger may be the strongest part of my body... Or at least the most used outside of my heart.
